Return & Refund Policy

Every Veldsmid product is made to order. We want you to be happy with your gear, and this policy explains what happens if something isn't right. It does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, email us at samueldv45@gmail.com within 7 days of collecting it from the PUDO locker. Include your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Change of mind

• Standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 7 days if unused.
• You're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
• Once received and checked, we refund the product price within 7 working days.

Personalised items

Items printed with your own text are made specifically for you and can't be returned for a change of mind — only if they are faulty or we made a mistake with your text.

Refunds

Refunds are paid back to the account you paid from, via EFT or the original payment method.
